No! FounderGen Laundry POS is a 100% offline desktop application built for Windows. Your order records, customer history, and financial sales data stay stored safely on your local computer's SQLite database without relying on cloud connectivity or active internet subscriptions.
Yes. The system natively supports standard USB and ESC/POS thermal printers (both 58mm and 80mm roll sizes) as well as regular A4/A5 desktop paper printers for generating PDF invoices and customer tags.
Once you request a key from FounderGen support, open the app on your Windows PC, navigate to Settings → License, enter your license key, and click Activate.
